Here is a Pale Reserve Beer Wagon Sign from the Old Reading Brewing Company located in Reading, PA. This sign is made out of a composite material on a wooden stand.  It is in good condition for it’s age with most of the paint still intact. Signs like this one would have been placed on the bar back and possibly in the windows of bars and tavern to promote the brewery’s flagship ale Pale Reserve.  Pale reserve was one of the brewery’s flagship ales that the brewery brewed from the 1969’s all the way till the brewery closed in 1976’s.  Pale Reserve ale was always bottled in small 8oz bottles advertised as PR 8 (Pale Reserve 8 oz bottles) as well as served on draft.

This is a very nice and pretty rare sign and I’m happy to have it in my collection.
