Here is a Yuengling’s Beer Eagle Glass Sign from the Yuengling Brewery located in Pottsville, PA.  This pre-prohibition era Yuengling’s Beer Glass Sign is from the 1900’s era and is in excellent condition for it’s age.

This Yuengling’s Beer Eagle Glass Sign was made by the Rodier & Fitzgerald Co. located in New York City, NY.  It is approximately 24″ wide and use made of reverse painted glass mounted in a beautiful and ornate wooden frame.  The artwork on this Yuengling Beer Sign portrays the brewery’s early logo of the golden eagle clenching a Yuengling & Sons beer barrel keg.  The main headline text on the sign reads “Yuengling’s Beer, Porter, & Ale” which refers to the various beverages the brewery brewed and produced at the time.  The other text that reads “Purity” and “Cleanliness” is also displayed on the left and right of the sign which is what the brewery strived to give to the consumers; while the rest of the text show the date the brewery was established in 1829 located in Pottsville, PA.
