Here is a Deppens Beer Ball Tap Knob from the Deppen Brewing Company located in Reading, PA. This Deppen Beer Ball Tap Knob is from the 1930’s era and is in excellent condition for it’s age. It is made of a cobalt blue and silver porcelain enamel face on a black bakelite body. The text that reads “Reading Deppens PA” refers to the Deppen Brewery located in Reading, PA.
There are actually 2 variations of these Deppen Ball Tap knobs, one with a blue face and the other with a white face and a salmon colored pink body. I am currently looking for the white Deppen’s knob for my collection; click here to view the white Deppen knob variation.
