The J. W. Russell & Company was established in 1878 by two partners by the names of J. W. Russell and E. Dauphinat located at New York, NY. J. W. Russell & Company specialized in creating large ornate glass signs, brass signs, and aluminum signs for various industries and companies across the country.  Some of clients that J. W. The J. W.
