Here is an Old Reading Beer Tin Sign from the Old Reading Brewing Company located in Reading, PA. This sign is about 15″ W X 11″ H. It is in very good condition for it’s age with old a few scratches on the front. This is a pretty tough sign to find in any condition these days.
I imagine this sign would have been used inside or outside of bars and taverns most likely displayed on the walls or bar backs to advertise to patrons about Old Reading Beer. I expect this sign to be from the 1940’s since it has the old brewery logo on it as well as their old tagline that reads “It’s Wonderful Good!” which has their popular PA Dutch tagline at the time.
It’s a very nice piece and I’m happy to have it in my collection!
