Here is a Coopers Fine Beer Sign from the Cooper Brewing Company located in Philadelphia, PA.  This Coopers Old Bohemian Beer Sign is from the 1930s / 1940s era and is in excellent condition considering how old it is.

This sign was made by the Gillco Glass Sign Company located in Philadelphia, PA.  It is approximately 17″ wide and made of reverse painted glass mounted in a round metal backlit body.  On the back of the sign, there is a fold-out wire easel for displaying it on a flat surface; it could also be hung on the wall by the chains on the top too. This style of Gillco sign is referred to as a “Saucer Sign” or “Saucer Light”; signs like these would hang on the walls of taverns to advertise Coopers Fine Beer to patrons.
