Continental Scotch Ale Sign
Here is a Continental Scotch Ale Sign from the Continental Brewing Company located in Philadelphia, PA. This pre-prohibition era Continental Scotch Ale Sign is from the early 1900s era and is in excellent condition considering how old it is.
It is approximately 12″ by 16″ and is made of metal with lithography printed graphics. The graphics depict a patriot soldier at camp with a large labeled bottle of Continental Scotch Ale. Originally, this sign would have been displayed in a wooden frame. Signs like these would have been displayed inside of a tavern to advertising Continental Brewing Company products including beer, ale, and porter along with other styles too.

Canadian Pale Lager Sign
Here is a Canadian Pale Lager Sign from the Canadian Pale Products Association (previously the Graupner Brewing Company) located in Harrisburg, PA. This Canadian Pale Lager Sign is from between 1930 to 1932 and is in very good condition considering how old it is.
The sign is approximately 20″ by 14″ and is made of embossed metal. Canadian Pale Lager was a prohibition-era malted beverage similar to “near-beer” which had an alcohol percentage between 1/2% – 1% alcohol by volume. Signs like these would have been displayed in general stores or cafes to advertise these malted beverages during prohibition when alcohol was outlawed throughout the United States.
Reading Beer “Taste Test” Poster
This is a Reading Premium Beer "Taste Test" poster from the Reading Brewing Company located in Reading, PA. The poster is about 11"W X 14.5"H and displays images of cans from Miller, Budweiser, Schlitz, and Reading. The poster was meant to advertise that Reading Premium Beer was not only cheaper but it tasted a lot better then bigger brand name beers. Posters like these were probably distributed prior to the Reading brewery's closing due to competition with larger breweries in 1976. All of these posters are new-old-stock and in excellent condition.

Beverwyck Beer Ale Sign
Here is a Beverwyck Beer Ale Sign from the Beverwyck Brewing Company located in Albany, NY. This Beverwyck Beer Ale Sign is from between 1933 to the 1940’s era and is in excellent condition considering how old it is.
It is approximately 26″ wide and made of enamel-painted glass. The graphics depict the clover insignia that the brewery used in it’s marketing during the time with the text that reads “Beverwyck Beer Ale”. I believe this sign was originally part of a large countertop lighted sign or outdoor sign.
