Here is a Drink Kaiers Beer Sign from the Kaier Brewing Company located in Mahanoy City, PA. This Drink Kaier Beer Sign is from the 1930’s era and is in very good condition for it’s age.
Signs like this one would have been displayed on the bar back of a tavern or distributor to advertise Kaier’s Beer to patrons. The main graphics and text on this sign is of the Kaier’s Brewery logo with the text that reads “Drink Kaier’s Beer”, “Union Made”, and “Est. 1862”. The graphics on the left and right panels of the sign display two people enjoying a glass of beer at a table. All the graphics on this Kaiers Beer Glass Lighted Sign is very Art Deco stylized with the use of chrome and etched glass.
This Kaiers Beer Glass Lighted Sign is approximately 20″ wide and is made of 3 pieces of etched and painted glass and is mounted on a metal lighted body. The two vertical chrome columns hold one 11″ light bulb and illuminate the glass sign from the edges. I am unaware of who the sign manufacturer of this sign as there are no makers markings or decal on the body anywhere.
