Here is a Duquesne Beer Cooler Tap from the Duquesne Brewing Company located in Pittsburgh, PA. This Duquesne Beer Tap is from the 1930’s era and is in excellent condition for it’s age.
This Duquesne Beer Cooler Tap is made of a porcelain enamel and copper face mounted on a white bakelite body. This style of beer tap knobs where used on cooler refrigeration doors that would hold cold glasses and cold bottled beer behind the bar to be accessed by the bartenders. There is also another variation of this Duquesne Beer Tap in the form of a standard beer ball tap knob.
