Here is a Ford Porcelain Neon Sign from the Ford Motor Company located in Detroit, MI. This single-sided Ford Porcelain Sign is from the 1920s era and is in excellent condition considering how old it is.
It is made of porcelain enamel over steel and was made by the Mulholland Sign Company located in Kalamazoo, MI. It is approximately 72″ wide and has a makers mark at the bottom that reads “Mulholland Sign Co. Kalamazoo, Mich.”. Signs like this one would have originally hung from an iron bracket at the Ford service station or dealership to advertise Ford automobiles to patrons.
