The text on this sign reads “Still the Best Horlacher’s Beer” which was a slogan that the brewery used a lot in various campaigns at the time. Signs like this one would have been displayed on the outside of a tavern or distributor to advertise Horlacher Beer to patrons.
There are actually 2 variations of this sign with the same graphics, the only difference is the size of the sign. This particular sign is the small of the two variations.
