Here is a Jax Ale Beer Stout Sign from the Jax Brewing Company located in Jacksonville, FL. This Jax Ale Beer Stout Sign is from the 1930s era and is in excellent condition considering how old it is.
It approximately 13″ by 9″ and is made of lithograph-printed tin wrapped over a cardboard backer. The sign was made by the American Can Company located in Chicago, IL. The graphics on the sign express a very art deco stylization and is very graphically pleasing to the eye.
I’ve been told that there is another variation of this sign; I am actively looking for the variation. I am actively looking for the other variation to add to my collection as well as any other Jax Beer signs too. If you have one, please contact me when you’re ready to sell.
