Here is a Lauers Beer Sign from the Lauer Brewing Company located in Reading, PA.  This pre-prohibition era Lauer Sign is from the late 1800’s era and is in excellent condition for it’s age.

This sign is approximately 13″ wide by 20″ tall and is made of tin; the typography of this sign is lightly embossed too.  The graphics on this sign is malted wheat in the on a deep blue background with red and orange lettering.  Signs like these would have been displayed outside of taverns or distributors to advertise Lauer Beer from the Lauer Brewery to the masses.

This sign was originally found behind a plaster ceiling during a renovation of a house in Minervsville, PA in the Spring of 2021.  It’s absolutely amazing on how well preserved it is!
