Here is a Metz Beer Clock from the Metz Brewing Company located in Omaha, NE. This Metz Clock is from the 1940’s era and is in excellent condition for it’s age.
This sign was made by Price Brothers Inc. located in Chicago, IL. It is made on two pieces of reverse-painted glass mounted in an art deco-style metal base. The clock face has a rotating disk that follows the second hand rotations and displays advertising messages. Clocks like this one would have been display as bar back displays or on the top of a cash register to advertise Metz Beer to patrons.
