Here is a Neuweiler Purity Beer Neon from the Neuweiler Brewing Company located in Allentown, PA. This Neuweiler Neon is from the 1930’s era and is in excellent condition for it’s age.
This Neuweiler Purity Beer Neon is approximately 28″ wide and is made of a piece of etched glass mounted on a metal body with a red neon accent around the edges. This Neuweiler Beer Sign was made by the Biltmore Electric Sign Company located in Lima, OH. Biltmore Electric Sign Company was a subsidiary sister company of Artkraft Sign Company also located in Lima, OH. Signs like this one would have been displayed as a bar back sign behind the bar or in the windows of bars and taverns to advertise Neuweiler’s Purity Beer to patrons. It’s a very attractive sign and by far one of my favorite signs that the Neuweiler Brewing Company created.
