This Kaier’s Beer Tin Sign is approximately 8″ X 16″ and is made of celluloid plastic wrapped over tin and cardboard hence the nickname TOC or Tin-Over-Cardboard. This sign was made by the Permanent Sign & Display Company located in Reading, PA.
