This Metz Beer Glass Sign was made by the F. Tuchfarber Company located in Cincinnati, OH. It is made of very detailed reverse-painted glass mounted in a beautiful wooden frame. The graphics age full color and the advertising text is written in gold leaf.
The graphics on this Metz Bottled Beer Glass Sign is of an older bald man toasting a glass of Metz Beer. The abbreviated text in the top left corner reads “Drink Metz Bros Brew. Co’s Bottled Beer Omaha”; which refers to Drinking Metz Bottled Beer from the Metz Brothers Brewing Company located in Omaha, NE. The line of text at the bottom of the sign that reads “Ausgezeichnet”, which translates from German to English for “Excellent”.
