This style of can is also known as a J-Spout cone top can and was one of the first cone top designs produced to can beer in the 1930’s. On the side of the can it is marked Old Reading Brewery Inc. 1939.
The graphics on this can are in very good condition with very little signs of age and rust. The main graphic on this Old Reading Beer J-Spout Can is of the brewery’s PA Dutch mascot “Old Gus” toasting a print old Old Reading Beer.
