Here is a Boyertown Beer Crate from the Boyertown Brewing Company located in Boyertown, PA. This Boyertown Beer Wooden Crate dates from the 1930s era and is in very good condition considering how old it is. It would have originally held labeled beer bottles which were distributed to taverns and hotels across the local area.
Something that is also interesting about this crate, the black stamped text across the top above the word Boyertown reads “N. E. Treichler’s”; they were a local apple orchard and florist that repurposed these crates after the brewery closed in the 1953.
