Here is a Reading Brewery Lager Beer Sign from the Reading Brewing Company located in Reading, PA. This Lager Beer Sign is from the late 1800’s era and is in fair condition for its age.
The typography on the sign reads “Reading Brewing Company Lager Beer and Porter” while graphics on the sign depicts the brewery’s early insignia of the “Strong Arm grasping hops and wheat”. At some point, it appears that at this sign was repurposed and rolled into a stovepipe, possibly that’s what saved this sign from being thrown away.
