Here is a Cobbs Creek Whisky Thermometer from the Continental Distilling Corporation in Philadelphia, PA. This thermometer dates from around the mid 1930s to early 1940s era and is in excellent condition considering how old it is.
The thermometer itself is approximately 38″ by 8″ and made of metal with a glass thermometer tube. The advertising on the thermometer displays the “Drink-O-Meter” which was a marketing campaign displaying various Cobbs Creek Whisky cocktail recipes to be enjoyed during ideal temperatures.
