Here is a Drink Yuengling’s Beer Sign from the D.G. Yuengling & Son Brewery located in Pottsville, PA. This sign dates from about the 1930s era and is in excellent condition considering how old it is.
This sign is approximately 34″ by 22″ and is made of embossed metal; there is a makers mark at the bottom, the sign was made by the Stout Sign Company St. Louis, MO. Signs like this one would have originally been displayed outside of a tavern, hotel, or distributor to advertise Yuengling’s Beer to patrons. The sign itself is of the style of a tin tacker sign which could have been nailed to a wall.
