Here is a Excelsior Bottling Company Lady Litho from the Excelsior Bottling Company located in Reading, PA. This Excelsior Bottling Company Lady Litho is from the early 1900’s era and is in excellent condition for it’s age.
Originally, this Excelsior Lithograph would have had a calendar pad hanging at the bottom. Lithos like this one would have been hung in taverns and general stores to advertise the Excelsior Bottling Co. Excelsior mainly produced bottled water, soda, beer, ale, and porter during the time.
There is another variation of this lithograph with the same imagery on it except the difference being the red background as seen on this one would be a deep blue. I am actively looking for that variation to add to my collection as well as any other Excelsior Lithograph or advertising item.
