Here is a Louis Ziegler Foam Scraper from the Louis Ziegler Brewing Company located in Beaver Dam, WI. This Louis Ziegler Foam Scraper is from the early 1900’s era and is in excellent condition for it’s age.
It is approximately 8″ long and is made of black bakelite material. Foam Scrapers like this one were used by bartenders to cut the “head” off of glasses of freshly tapped Ziegler Beer.
