Here is a Moerlein Beer Glass Tap Knob from the Christian Moerlein Brewing Company located in Cincinnati, OH. This Moerlein Beer Glass Tap Knob is from the early 1930’s era and is in excellent condition for it’s age.
This Kochs Beer Knob is made of green glass painted with red enamel lettering. Knobs like this one were made by the J. E. Newman Company located in Pittsburgh, PA. The glass beer knobs were only produced for a short time then replaced with aluminum knobs as the glass knob design were too fragile during use and over time.
