Here is a Mount Carmel Beer Sign from the Mount Carmel Brewing Company located in Mount Carmel, PA. This Mt Carmel Beer Sign is from the 1930’s era and is in very good condition for its age.
It is approximately 30″ wide and is a single-sided porcelain enamel sign. Judging from the 6 mounting holes that run along the edges, my guess it this Mt Carmel Beer Sign was at one time mounted on a metal body and double-sided with a sign on each side. It most likely would have hung outside of a tavern or distributor, possibly with a neon outline or directional lamps illuminating the signs.
