Here is a Yuengling Premium Beer Sign from the D. G. Yuengling Brewery located in Pottsville, PA. This Yuengling Beer Sign is from the 1950’s era and is in excellent condition for its age.
This Yuengling Sign was made by Edward Nassan Displays located in Philadelphia, PA and is approximately 15″ wide and is made of vacuum-formed plastic mounted on cardboard with a fold-out cardboard easel and string hanger for display. The graphics on this sign is very similar to other advertising signs that the brewery was producing at the time to match Yuengling beer can packaging. The displayed tagline on the bottom of the sign reads “Made From Mountain Spring Water” which the brewery used a lot during that time. This sign would have been displayed on a bar back counter or hung on the wall to advertising Yuengling Beer to patrons.
