Here is a Yuengling’s Beer Tip Tray from the Yuengling’s Brewery located in Pottsville, PA. This Yuengling’s Beer Tip Tray is from the 1930’s era and is in excellent condition for it’s age. Yuengling Tip Trays like this one would have been used to collect tips for the bartender from the patrons that are being served.
There are actually 2 variations of Yuengling Tip Trays known to exist; one incorporating the girl litho graphic (as seen here) and the other incorporates an eagle graphic. I still have yet to find the Yuengling Eagle Tip Tray to add to my collection.
Both tip tray variations are the same size at about 4″ wide. This Yuengling’s Tip Tray also bares the date and location of when the brewery was established and marked as “Born 1829” located in “Pottsville, PA”.
