Here is a Seitz Beer Metal Sign from the Seitz Brewing Company located in Easton, PA. This Seitz Beer Metal Sign is from the early 1930s era and is in very good condition considering how old it is.

This style of sign is known as a “tin tacker”; it is approximately 24″ wide and made of embossed metal. The graphics on the sign depict the brewery’s insignia of a white eagle surrounded by hops and wheat, with typography lettering promoting the Seitz “On Draught” and “In Bottles” as well as “Made in Easton, PA”.

Signs like this one would have been displayed on the walls and outside of taverns and distributors to advertise Seitz Beer to patrons.  There is also a matching beer serving tray with similar graphics, colors, and lettering; click here to view the tray.

I am actively looking for the tray to add to my collection; please contact me if you have one.  I am also interested in upgrading this sign with a cleaner example in better condition.
