Here is a Stegmaier Brewery Trade Sign from the Stegmaier Brewing Company located in Wilkes-Barre, PA. This pre-prohibition era Stegmaier Brewery Trade Sign dates from the late 1800’s era and is in very good condition considering how old it is.
This sign is only a piece of what I believe was a much larger sign most likely from an early “Gate Sign” also known as a “Fence Sign”; click here to view a similar style sign from our collection. It is approximately 30″ wide and is made of metal and painted with reflective “Smaltz” paint.
