Here is a Lebanon Beer Glass Sign from the Lebanon Brewing Company located in Lebanon, PA. This pre-prohibition era Lebanon Beer Sign is from between the 1856 to 1893 era and is in excellent condition for it’s age.
This Lebanon Brewing Co. Sign is approximately 26″ X 18″ and is made of reverse-painted and gold leafed glass. There isn’t a makers mark on the piece anywhere but from others that I’d seen before I know it was made by the Brilliant Manufacturing Company located in Philadelphia, PA. Signs like this one would have been displayed outside of a tavern or saloon, usually fixed to porch posts or the corner of the building to advertise Lebanon Brewing Co. products to patrons.
